A two barrel blend both brewed weeks apart in late 2023.
We had the opportunity to use frozen cherries brought over from Denmark’s Frederiksdal, and decided to go for it and add 18kg of cherries to the blend to sit for just over a month before packaging.
The fruit naturally brings an extra layer of tartness to the fore, with big cherry flavour, a light minerality and dry finish.
