Elderberry & Mulberry Sour MKII

The second version of our foraged berry sour, this features elderberries picked from the many hedgerows surrounding the brewery, along with mulberries from a bush believed to have been planted over 500 years ago.
The dark berries have imparted a lovely deep richness which, along with the natural tartness of the fruit, brings a moorish jammy finish.
