Brewed in August of 2020, this two barrel batch was aged in oak for 34 months when it was then transferred to tank and left to mingle with 6kg of fresh elderflower heads from the Suffolk countryside. It was packaged almost 3 years to the day it was brewed and brings a funky full bodied mouthfeel from the wild yeasts and elderflower, with a oaky back note from the extended time in barrel.
