From our collection of barrels brewed in 2020, this single barrel golden sour beer was aged for 2.5 years, with part of that time spent on 8kg of Suffolk grown gooseberries from a local farm.
The fruit naturally bring an extra layer of tartness to the original golden sour, with a light minerality and dry finish.
