Our annual super fruited foraged blend! This time we used a mix of foraged wild plums, elderberries, crab apples, blackberries, damsons and greengages, alongside wild hops. The prevalence of plums means it’s one of the first upfront flavours, with a jamminess overall from the mix of fruits. There’s a light effervescence that brings forth a dry minerality that pairs wonderfully with the fruit.
